Joining McKinley Partners in 2015, Bryce has identified and managed McKinley projects across the West Coast. With extensive experience recognizing strong investment opportunities, he has been a key player in structuring investor relations and maintaining partnerships with builders. Bryce previously worked at Boardwalk Development, specializing in the acquisitions and financing of value-add retail. Prior to this, he was the property manager at the Bozzuto Group. Apart from his extensive experience, Bryce is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is certified in ARGUS and LEED.
Upon earning a BA in Economics at Emory University, Bryce received his MS in Real Estate at the University of San Diego. As an avid outdoorsman, he studied marine biology at the University of Queensland during his college education. To this day, Bryce remains active outside whether it is skiing, sailboat racing, or training for a triathlon. He is also the coach of the USD waterski team.
