Joining McKinley in 2017, Kim is responsible for the management of equity deployed and returned to the McKinley funds. In addition to this and preparing quarterly investors reports, she oversees loan draws for projects which McKinley directly operates as well as debt for lower tier investments. Before her time at the firm, Kim worked as Seniors Loan Administrator at Bank of the West for the Commercial Construction Division. She then took a position in the National Banking Division at the bank where she supervised complex commercial and industrial real estate and healthcare bond transactions.
Kim often spends time at her family’s new vacation home in Carmel, eating at new restaurants, and going on long walks.
