Shannon has been at McKinley Partners since early 2019, starting at the firm while completing her college education. She specializes in market knowledge of current McKinley investments as well as forecasting the success of potential markets to penetrate. Experience prior to McKinley involves marketing at Domaine Santé and ongoing experience working with many commercial brokers at Colliers International in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Growing up with family in commercial real estate, the industry quickly grabbed her attention during her time at the University of San Diego. Graduating with a double major in Real Estate and Finance along with a Marketing minor, Shannon was actively involved with the Burnham-Moores Center at USD. As the VP of Events for the Real Estate Society, Shannon has developed an extensive network among San Diego’s Real Estate Industry. She was also a leading member of the 2020 NAIOP University Challenge. During her time at USD, she studied finance and marketing at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. Shannon enjoys running, golfing, spending time outdoors, and BBQing.
