McKinley invested $2.46MM of preferred equity to this development of 32 attached homes in Midtown Sacramento. Built by Grupe Homes, units range from 1,770-1,880SF of livable space with 2-3 bedrooms. 20th PQR sold out in April 2019 with pricing starting in the lower $900k’s. With such low supply of new homes in Sacramento, especially back in 2018/19, 20 PQR fulfilled an extreme need for new homes and had very strong returns and a higher revenue than projected.
